How to Claim a University

Follow these steps to claim and verify your university on MySchool Research

Step 1:

Verify Identity

Only senior management staff (e.g., VC, Dean, Registrar) can initiate claim. Upload government/academic ID card and position verification letter.

Step 2:

Enter University Official Details

University Name, Official Email Domain (e.g., @school.edu), and Accreditation or regulatory body affiliation.

Step 3:

Submit Verification Documents

Upload national accreditation documents and verify contact through official email OTP.

Step 4:

Review & Confirm Claim

MySchool will manually review and activate claim within 3–5 working days.

Verification Requirements

  • Must use an official school email address.
  • Must upload valid identification and letter of authority.
  • Claim can only be made once and will undergo human verification.
